I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent service received during my two orders for Trynga mug warmers. The second one arrived safely today and I was astonished as I only ordered it yesterday lunchtime. Wonderful customer service and would that all online companies were as good.

I ordered the second warmer because I was so impressed after using my original purchase for only a short time: it has exceeded my expectations, hot beverages remaining hot until the very last drop. I truly did not expect it to turn out quite as good as it has done.

In the past I have used various thermal mugs etc., but always the beverage would eventually cool down and either need to be swallowed immediately or thrown away. The Trynga means I can literally leave my tea/coffee until I am ready to consume it sip by sip to the very end and never a drop wasted.

One thing I would like to ask – would you ever consider stocking spare mugs for the warmer, and preferably in a choice of colours? I am a tea and coffee drinker and if possible like to keep separate mugs for each beverage. However, this is no big issue but should you ever decide to stock spares I would be glad to hear from you.

Thanks again for a marvellous product which is truly worthy of everything you have said about it on your website, and thanks in particular for excellent customer service, both in answering my original query re mug size and in twice dispatching the goods so quickly.
